Unaccompanied Minor Short Film

This animated short was one of the first pieces I developed while supporting Delta’s Reservations Learning team. At the time, guidance around the unaccompanied minor boarding process was limited, leaving representatives without clear direction when assisting understandably anxious parents.

To address this gap, I designed and produced this video to clearly walk through the end-to-end experience—from check-in through boarding—equipping agents with a consistent, visual way to explain the process with confidence.

This project highlights my ability to identify learner pain points, translate ambiguity into structured guidance, and create engaging visual solutions that support both employees and customers.
