Before and during my college years, I gained diverse work experience across various fields, ranging from roles as a casino hostess to retail positions. I even served as a corrections officer for a period. Early on, I demonstrated leadership potential and was often entrusted with training new associates. Meanwhile, my passion for graphic design drove me to undertake freelance projects and self-teach various graphic design software to ensure the production of high-quality materials.

In 2010, I transitioned to a data management and marketing company, where I was tasked with building a comprehensive training program from scratch. Although initially unfamiliar with the concept, I took on the challenge of developing an onboarding program for new employees and a separate training program for our customers. Over the course of nine years, I acquired invaluable design experience, facilitation/training skills, and continued to hone my creative skills through freelance projects.

Joining Delta Air Lines in 2019, I've had the privilege of contributing to the learning teams across different departments, including but not limited to Reservations, Pilot Learning, and Crew Resources. I have been involved in the development of varied content, encompassing ILT (Instructor-Led Training), eLearning modules, interactive activities, video production, animation, and asset creation. Recently, I was honored to be nominated for the 2024 Chairman's Club Award, recognizing my contributions to our organization. Additionally, I serve as the Design Chairman in our enterprise L&D Community of Practice, where I collaborate with peers to enhance our learning initiatives and drive innovation in instructional design.
