Facilitation Errors Short Film

Animated short films are an engaging way to teach concepts while adding a touch of fun to lessons. For our "Training the Trainer" course, I created a video titled "Common Facilitation Errors" to replace a traditional list of mistakes that would have been read aloud. This "bloopers reel" features humorous clips showcasing common facilitation errors, allowing participants to learn in an entertaining way. After watching the video, attendees were tasked with matching each behavior to its corresponding clip, followed by a dynamic class discussion to deepen their understanding.
